Graduated in Business Administration in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and post-graduated in HotelManagement at École de Les Roches, Switzerland, Cristina Cury spent 15 years working for luxury hotel operations, including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Fasano Hotels.
Having overcome so many challenges, Cristina became a specialist in conducting processes, developing strong leaders and high performance teams.
This broad experience inspired the conception of Mandarina, created to develop the same service mentality and standards found in a high-end hotel to the customer service areas of companies in multiple industries.
Mandarina has since grown to develop work in many areas, such as leadership development, internal communication practices, hiring, developing and evaluating processes, just to mention a few.
In January 2016, Cristina moved back to Vancouver, in Canada, where she had lived for 5 years between 2000 and 2005, while working for Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver… and she might plant a few more Mandarina seeds in the near future.
